As much of the state begins to lift restrictions and our businesses begin to open up to customers after almost three months, it is important to remember that just as our business practices may have changed so too has the consumer’s mindset. Some of these changes may be temporary, others may be permanent. It is important that we remain customer focused and adapt to their changing behaviors – both for the sake of good customer service, but moreover for the longevity of our businesses. The evidence shows that consumers will vote with their wallet and support those business that support them in return.
