Last month as the Governors of various states began lifting bans on retails stores opening, our client Regency Management Service found themselves able to start planning for reopening of selection of furniture stores with little notice. Compounding this urgency it was also just before Memorial Day Weekend – traditionally a busy sales period.

The client approached us here at Baltimore Sun Media with the task of assisting them with getting word out  to their market demographic for customers both existing and potential, in order to let them know their stores would be opening and to push various sales incentives.

Within 24 hours we were able to quickly put together a ready to launch targeted campaign of branded email blasts to consumers across three different branded stores; multiple locations and across multiple states – announcing the openings and the associated sales.
